2. Purpose of Yvila
Yvila is a web service for registered users. The service is intended to help creators find their own TikTok videos, organise content, view performance data clearly and collect ideas for new content.
3. Access
Users can register themselves for free trial access. Access is created only after the specified email address has been confirmed. There is no entitlement to activation or the permanent availability of particular features. Free trial accounts may be permanently deleted after three months of inactivity. Yvila sends an email notice at least 14 days in advance.
4. Pricing, term and cancellation
Yvila Creator costs EUR 9.99 per month including VAT. The selected one-time archive setup is charged in addition to the first subscription payment. The subscription renews for one further month at a time and can be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal with effect from the end of the current billing period. Creator access is suspended after the subscription ends. The workspace and its stored content are permanently deleted 14 days later unless Yvila is booked again within that period.
5. Yvila Friends
Free and Creator users can activate Yvila Friends themselves, without an application or manual approval, once their email address is confirmed and a TikTok account has been successfully connected to Yvila. Registration creates neither a public Friends name nor a public link or code. Only during explicit setup does the user choose a public name separate from their private account name and a Friends handle, from which the link and code are generated. The model has one level only: a referrer receives no share from referrals made by their referrals. Registration alone does not generate a share.
A referred account receives its first monthly Creator fee completely free when it first takes out a regular Creator subscription. The one-time archive setup remains payable in full. The referrer generally receives 10% of the monthly net Creator fee actually paid after discounts and credits, excluding VAT, archive setup, other one-time payments, free or failed months and refunded amounts. Subsequent refunds or payment disputes may be offset against future outstanding entitlements through reversing entries.
The attribution becomes permanent after the first Creator subscription is taken out. Self-referrals, multiple accounts created to obtain benefits and other abuse are prohibited; Yvila may block affected Friends profiles and benefits. Changes to a Friends rate apply only to future payments unless individually agreed otherwise. Statements are prepared once a year in January for the fully completed previous year, and payment is made outside Yvila.
6. TikTok connection
Users can connect their TikTok account through the official TikTok login. No TikTok passwords are transmitted to Yvila. Users may only connect TikTok accounts they are authorised to use.
7. Content and responsibility
Users remain responsible for their content and the lawful use of their TikTok data. Yvila is not affiliated with, operated by or supported by TikTok.
8. Development status
Yvila is in preparation or an early testing phase. Features may be changed, extended or removed. Errors may occur.
