2. Purpose of Yvila

Yvila is a web service for TikTok creators. In your own workspace, you can find your videos and saved inspirations, organise them into collections and add notes. Captions, recognised text and available performance data support search and the development of new ideas.

3. Access

Users can register for the free trial themselves. Access is created only after the email address has been verified. Free trial accounts may be deleted in full after three months of inactivity. Yvila provides at least 14 days’ notice by email.

4. Pricing, term and cancellation

Yvila Creator costs EUR 9.99 per month including VAT. The selected one-time archive setup is charged in addition to the first subscription payment. The subscription renews for one further month at a time and can be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal with effect from the end of the current billing period. Creator access is suspended after the subscription ends. The workspace and its stored content are permanently deleted 14 days later unless Yvila is booked again within that period.

The one-time archive setup covers up to 500 videos for 29 euros, up to 750 videos for 39 euros or up to 2,000 videos for 99 euros, including VAT. The services and prices displayed when booking apply. Individually agreed terms remain unaffected.

Yvila Creator includes 120 new own videos per month under fair use, unlimited saved inspirations and 25 advanced content recognitions per month. If an account consistently publishes significantly more own videos, we will find a suitable solution together.

5. Yvila Friends

Free and Creator users can activate Yvila Friends themselves, without an application or manual approval, once their email address is confirmed and a TikTok account has been successfully connected to Yvila. Registration creates neither a public Friends name nor a public link or code. Only during explicit setup does the user choose a public name separate from their private account name and a Friends handle, from which the link and code are generated. The model has one level only: a referrer receives no share from referrals made by their referrals. Registration alone does not generate a share.

A referred account receives its first monthly Creator fee completely free when it first takes out a regular Creator subscription. The one-time archive setup remains payable in full. The referrer generally receives 10% of the monthly net Creator fee actually paid after discounts and credits, excluding VAT, archive setup, other one-time payments, free or failed months and refunded amounts. Subsequent refunds or payment disputes may be offset against future outstanding entitlements through reversing entries.

The attribution becomes permanent after the first Creator subscription is taken out. Self-referrals, multiple accounts created to obtain benefits and other abuse are prohibited; Yvila may block affected Friends profiles and benefits. Changes to a Friends rate apply only to future payments unless individually agreed otherwise. Statements are prepared once a year in January for the fully completed previous year, and payment is made outside Yvila.

6. TikTok connection

Users can connect their TikTok account through the official TikTok login. No TikTok passwords are transmitted to Yvila. Users may only connect TikTok accounts they are authorised to use.

7. Content and responsibility

Users remain responsible for their content and the lawful use of their TikTok data. Yvila is not affiliated with, operated by or supported by TikTok.

8. Operation and availability

Yvila is provided as an operational web service and is maintained and developed through updates. Maintenance, technical faults or limitations of external services can temporarily affect the service or individual features. TikTok determines which data is provided and when a requested export becomes available; preparation can take several days.

Automatically recognised text, metrics and suggestions for matching videos may be incomplete or contain errors. They support your own work. Yvila does not replace your own backup of the original video files. The agreed services and statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
